Angel Office Hours
In the fall of 2010, NCN launched a program called Angel Office Hours to help a select group of promising entrepreneurs prepare to raise capital for their ventures. Angel Office Hours is a series of workshops conducted six times a year to provide constructive feedback to fast growing early-stage companies as they consider the capital raising process.
NCN’s education program is well known for the positive results it has achieved since NCN’s founding in 2003. The key ingredient is the direct, hands-on involvement of renowned, successful angel investors and experienced professional service providers. These advisors contribute significantly to Tennessee’s entrepreneurial landscape by meeting with early-stage companies, reviewing their business concepts, and offering advice that provides important insight and ultimately shapes strategies. This interaction with NCN advisors is frequently cited by entrepreneurs as an invaluable experience and an important milestone in their companies’ early progression.
